Relay for Life

Recently, the American Cancer Society held it’s kickoff event for the Boynton Beach Relay for Life.  I not only photographed the event for the ACS, but I also formed a team!   I am forming this team to support all the survivors in mine and my husband’s families!  My brother is a testicular cancer survivor and his wife is a skin cancer survivor.  My grandmother in law, mother in law and aunt in law are all breat cancer survivors and my father in law is a prostate cancer survivor.  My family is fortunate that we are all survivors but sadly many families are not so fortunate.  Relay for Life is a great event to not only raise dollars for research but also to raise awareness about this terrible disease that can affect anyone, regardless of age, race, culture, religious beliefs or anything else that makes us each unique.  Relay is a great way for us to come together as human beings and help put an end to cancer.    To make a donation or join my team please follow this link.
