Amber and James found me online to photograph their engagement photos (thank you!!!). They were having their wedding in the islands and sadly didn’t need me for that, although I tried to convince them to stuff me in their suitcase! I did my usual pitch about sunrise sessions being the best, although the timing is the worst. Well, they agreed to go for a sunrise session! I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to do sunrise photo sessions at the beach! Although I would prefer if the sun set in the east so we can do SUNSET sessions instead! But there is something magical about watching that great ball of fire rise from the horizon…gives me shivers ever time!
Ok, back to the cute couple! We had a lovely morning at the beach! They both said they were not photogenic but looking at the pictures, I’d say they were wrong, don’t you agree? What a sweet, sweet couple they were. Best wishes to them for a lifetime of love and laughter together! Thank you for choosing Katie Smith Photography for your engagement photos!
